What should I do after sending my loan modification application to the loan servicer?

Answer: After you send your loan modification application package to your loan servicer you need to keep on top of the progress your application is making.

You need to be a “squeaky wheel” to make sure you are not falling between the cracks with your file stacked in the corner somewhere with thousands of other files.

Loan modification expert, Mike Rockwood, and author of the loan modification workbook I recommend, outlines an effective game plan on how to follow up with your loan servicer in a Q&A coaching session with his son and business partner.

Mike explains that you need to take the initiative in regular communication by phone and in writing while your application is going through the approval process.

Watch the video excerpt below as Mike answers this common and very important question. Following up the correct way will make all the difference in getting approved faster.

Hello , I liked your youtube video. Actually, I am writting about my house. I got also rejected for loan modification. Myself and my wife, we both lost job. We are 4 members in family , which is myself, mywife and tow kids (1 years and 7 years). Since we lost jobs, we could not able to make mortgage payment. Now bank started to foreclouser my house. I like to keep my house but I don’t want to go in foreclouser. So I decided to put my house in sale. Is there another way to save my house?

Thanks and I appriciate your feedback.
