Q: Can I get a loan modification even if all my mortgage payments are current?

Answer:Unfortunately, if you’ve never missed a payment on your mortgage, your loan modification application will go right to the bottom of the stack.

    i would like to know what is the next step after recieving denial npv from indymac.
    I am behind 2 months.

    I would recommend that you review your documents you submitted and see where you can adjust them to comply more closely with the approval criteria the lender is looking for. Then make the adjustments and resubmit. Don’t give up if you really want to keep your home.
